November 13, 2009, Newsletter Issue #145: An Example of a Gratitude List

Tip of the Week

Someone named Emily wrote some very nice comments about the blog this week. She asked for help with writing about her confusing thoughts. She wants to be a writer. I am very grateful to her for writing her comments here. This is what this blog is for, for people to ask for help, talk about what works for them when they journal and to express themselves, including describing what they experience when they journal.

So here is my gratitude list for today:
1. Thanks Emily for writing your comments this week.
2. Thanks for reminding me that sometimes I write in my journal to help me straighten out my confusing thoughts.
3. Thanks for reminding me that sometimes I write in my journal because I like to write.
4. Thanks for reminding me that sometimes I write in my journal to help others write more easily in the future, who may read my posts at a later date.

What are you grateful for today about your journal?
