Another List Exercise

Write twelve actions that you want to complete by the end of 2009. Now write down each month of the coming year. Choose which action you want to complete during each month.  Remember to match each project to the month. For example, if it is a seasonal project, don't try and do a summer project in the winter or vice versa. Now write three actions that you can do toward completing each project. Remember that you may want to add more actions during that month as you work on the project more. But for now, just write three actions that you can complete. Make sure that you add three actions to each project. Don't leave any blanks. Then choose the day that you want to start each project, preferably, some time during the first week of the month, so you wont' need to rush the project. Write those dates down for each month. Finally put a list of the three actions in your calendar for each month so you have them ready to work on , when the month begins. At the end of each month, record what you have completed. Your goal is to complete all three actions or more, if you add more to your list. But if you complete only one or two, make sure to give yourself credit for that work. Remember too, to leave one month's project alone if it isn't completed. Move on to the next month's project. When you have some free time, then you can return to the unfinished projects. The idea is to finish each monthly project first. Have fun planning!
