Tip of the Week

When you read a prompt, write. Don`t think about it, just write. Do at least 10 minutes without stopping. See where your innermost self will take you, because that is who is answering the prompt. When I am doing my best journaling, I am almost out of my body, I am so far into the right side of my brain! When I reread my entries, especially dreams, I can barely remember writing them, and that makes them very insightful. I love that!
